The career guidance program aims to expand the awareness of primary and high school students regarding various career options. It ensures that students are informed about post-school study opportunities, learnerships, and available job prospects, along with the necessary steps to access them.

RwandOpp introduced this program to provide services and activities designed to assist primary and high school students at any stage of their education. The goal is to help them make informed educational, training, and occupational choices, as well as to manage their careers effectively.

Additionally, RwandOpp plans to host an annual Careers event where professionals from various fields will describe their jobs. Institutions, organizations, and companies will present opportunities to high school students during this event.
