Hackaton on safe gambling in Rwanda ends on high note
In Partnership with Adam Bradford Agency (ABA) and Crucial Compliance, we delivered our first gambling Hackathon Event on 31st January 2023 in Kigali, where three entrepreneurs were given floor to pitch their innovations promoting safe gambling.
Hackathon event to tackle the problem of gambling addiction in Rwanda
We are looking for ideas from individuals or teams, with the lead aged between 18-35 years old in Kigali and surrounding areas with solutions that impact Rwandans.
This hackathon aims to find ways to mitigate the issues related to problem gambling behaviour including education and awareness, treating those with gambling problems and using technology and other tools.
Adam Bradford in partnership to provide economic opportunities for young people in Rwanda
Adam and the Agency (Adam Bradford Agency) have teamed up with Rwanda Opportunities Organisation (RwandOpp) located in Nyabihu District, to launch a series of programmes across the next twelve months which will empower young people, develop rural communities and encourage entrepreneurship.

Like many others, Emmanuel Nshimiyimana’s initiative of empowering young entrepreneurs with impactful programs to lift their businesses, was affected by covid-19, driving him to seek partnerships and other backing that could help his initiative recover from the pandemic.
